Teenline is an excellent hotline where teens help teens. Available on the phone, text, email, and message boards, teens are available from 6pm-10pm PST for calls and 6pm-9pm for texts.

Boys Town National Hotline

Recognized by the American Association of Suicidology, this hotline is a great option for everyone (not just for boys.) Available 24 hours a day for 365 days a year, there are always trained counselors willing to help. In addition, there are Spanish speaking counselors and a translation system for over 100 languages.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

Available 24/7 a day and 7 days a week, there are licensed counselors on the line to help with any crisis. This is the best hotline for those struggling with suicide and suicidal thoughts.
